The School of Business at Renmin University of China (RBS) invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions in General Management, Organization and Human Resource, and Marketing. Salaries and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications. Faculty members with excellent research output receive a reduced teaching load of three courses per year. Fresh PhD graduates are exempted from teaching during their first year of service.

Qualifications:
1  Candidates applying for the assistant professor position must have earned a Ph.D. in related disciplines from a top 50 school before August 2017.


2  Candidates should demonstrate potential for excellence in teaching and research, and are expected to publish in top journals of the disciplines.

 
3  Candidates applying for the associate or full professor position must have an excellent record of publications.
