Research Philosophy:
Dr. Cao’s research explores the mechanisms that contribute to positive experiences at work. She possesses expertise in the areas of leadership, managerial decision-making, and organizational culture.
Before started her academic career, Dr. Cao worked for transnational corporations including Carrefour, Coca Cola, and Ogilvy. During this time, she developed an understanding of companies across different industries and gained competency in conducting organizational research at various levels and in challenging environments.
